At Flurena Atelier, we take great care in crafting each garment, and our priority is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns for Standard Sizes

Standard-size items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis, depending on mutual agreement between the customer and Flurena Atelier.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should be mailed to the following address:

A refund will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Items showing any signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, perfume, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns for standard-size items.

Custom Orders

All custom-made gowns, tailored measurements, and personalized designs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Since custom pieces are created exclusively for you, we recommend confirming all measurements, fabric selections, and design details before placing your order.

Quality Issues

If you believe your item has a quality defect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window cannot be considered.

We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue before providing a resolution.
